It’s hard to imagine John Ross & Sons Ltd. as it was nearly 90 years ago. Back then, the company was a small metals collection and re-selling venture based in Truro, N.S., operated by horse and buggy, hacksaw and shears. Now, it’s a leader in the international metals market and one of the largest exporters out of the Port of Halifax.
